Butland doesn't look like a geography enthusiast to me.

I imagine his interests lie more towards Maths, German literature and fingering his cousin behind the back of a dumpster.

It's rumoured a geography enthusiast can spot a similar fella from quite some distance, Geo-dar or something I believe it's referred to?

With that in mind do you reckon any of the chaps plying thier tade in the EPL are partial to an undulating hill formation lolling gently towards a gushing tributary?

Isn't the point that quite a lot of them look like us and act like us, just when they get home, they furiously study ox bow lakes?

I know there's doubts about whether you can really like both geography and women, but while I think you probably have a favourite, I agree with you.

If a man is enthusiastic about slowly loping hills and wet overgrown marshes that by no means stops him from also enjoying women.

Amazing.

Supposedly Birmingham need to sell him during this window to stay afloat and the asking price is currently at £3m. He doesn't want to go to somewhere like Chelsea because he wants to be playing first team football within a year. Moyes has admitted that we've enquired about him in the past, so it would seem feasible that we're waiting until the last minute to try and get him as cheaply as possible.

I haven't seen him anywhere near enough to say how much he's worth but if we can wait until the last minute and get him for £2m it would be a bargain without a doubt.

I didn't think he was that outstanding during the Olympics. I imagine that people think he'll be the next Joe Hart. Birmingham wanted something like £16m at one point but the price has kept dropping and dropping. It seems like they have no choice but to sell him during this window.

Wasn't a figure nearer £10m branded about in the Summer?

£2million sounds like a steal.

Brum turned down a £6m bid from Southampton last summer but are now prepared to listen to offers is the region of £3m. The reports are that he wouldn't want to be stuck in the Chelsea reserves behind Cech, Cortois, Turnbull and Hilario.
