Consider this, there isnt any at the moment, as soon as people hear stuff, it will be posted.

In light of this I did try and show examples of previous things that certain posters have been correct about, most of which was dismissed as "already in the media", I have countless times tried to highlight the team news that Fox made available every week for people on the forum.

You use words like defensive and wobblers, when the actual thread title calls people conmen and the whole basis of this thread calls people liars who scan newspapers and claim the news as the truth.

So, in light of this, I only have 1 question.

if I hear news, from Fox or anybody else who I trust, is it now not acceptable to post it?

Because it allows everyone and anyone to post any rumour they like, and all of a sudden it becomes evertonrumours.co.uk.

There has to be a "standard" otherwise the forum falls into crap. That's why you have rules.

So nobody is allowed to post anything in the Everton section unless its 100%

In that case on the first page alone there are the following threads

Transfer Rumour: Danijel Pranjic
hoilett
Transfer Rumour: Vladimir Weiss
adam jhonson we have been onto city about him
Transfer Rumour: Hugo Rodallega
Transfer Rumour: Sebastian Boenisch
Oscar Cardozo

These have nothing to-do with ITK posters just people gossiping

So surly they should all be deleted because they are rumours without substance

Maybe threads mentioning transfers that havent already been signed and sealed should be banned

Surely with the nature of agents and contracts etc mean that things can change very quickly? therefore it would be hard for someone 'ITK' to firmly guarantee a signing in advance when not even the club and/or players know? just my two cents..

No there's a difference.

Viable rumours are fine, backed up by a reasonable amount of media speculation.

But coming on here, saying "Bill Kenwright is my godfather" etc. and saying we're going to sign Huntelaar on loan 100% certain isn't gonna cut the mustard unless you have previous.

And why haven't people f*cking cottoned on to the glaringly obvious yet???
