Im bad, I know!

Everton are being linked with a move for Rubin Kazan ace Alexander Ryazantsev but face stiff competition from Spartak Moscow.

The 23-year-old midfielder was said to have been monitored by Everton and others for a while but a performance against Barcelona last week in the Champions League has led to a host of fresh links.

He is out of contract at the end of the year and there were hopes of signing him when the the transfer window opens in January but his agent now claims everyone will have to wait.

"We shall make a decision after the last match of the season," said Alexey Safonov.

"He wants to concentrate fully on the remaining games. He has a contract with Rubin that ends on December 15 so we can now negotiate with any club in the world, but the fact of the matter is that we will only listen to proposals, without promising anything to anybody.

"I have seen many suggestions, from Russian clubs and from Europe."

We'll get an all new midfield in January by the looks of it. Fabian Rinaudo, Adam Johnson and Alexander Ryazantsev. Hopefully there will be some money left to also sign Rafael van der Vaart.

There was something on football rumours (a bad website i know..) which said that in January were going for Ryazantsev, Donovan and somebody else who i can't remember .. this of course comes from the Money we get from selling the Yak. :/

Theres also a newer rumour saying that in January Fellaini is heading to the other end of Merseyside

Hmm can't see these being true at all but that Ryazantsev seems to creeping about alot, as does Adam Johnson. Would like to sign both of them if i'm honest, but would be distraught if we sold Yakubu!

I love the way we massively exaggerate on here.

Yeah, yeah top player - passes it around well, just what we need" = we like his latin surname or we've signed him on Pro Evo.
If we didn't massively exaggerate we wouldn't have most of our conversations that we have haha!

It's the fun of fandom. If we only went with what's real and not what could be, everyone's attention span for the game would get a lot shorter!

I think I'll get interested in the transfer market when we've got some real money to spend, otherwise we'll just watch a parade of "future stars" go past us as the more financial teams just ride over the top of us.

Of course, that can be fun too, especially when they spend near double our offer, then loan the player back to us for 18months!!!!b)
