To be honest i thought President Michael D Higgins conduct at the Holocaust memorial was a disgrace.

His pontificating about Gaza was a bit below the belt, considering that 80 years later history is repeating itself in regards to persecution of the Jewish people.

Only Ireland could perfect the art of turning a Holocaust memorial into an insult to and desecration of Jewish people.

Indeed with that poison dwarf of a president being the biggest attention seeking bozo of the lot.

Even on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Irish President Michael D Higgins couldn't help himself and resorted to a cheap, despicable provocation. The biggest murderous attack against Jews since the Holocaust was perpetrated from Hamas. Nonetheless, he echoed Hamas' anti-Semitic lies and propaganda at a Holocaust memorial ceremony, leading to the removal of Jews, descendants of Holocaust survivors, from the event. What a despicable person. What a distorted policy. Shame!

The sad thing is that Pope John Paul II was a friend of Israel, and helped bridge the chasm between the Catholic church and the Jews.

Sadly all this is currently in the process of unravelling under the reign of Pope Francis.
