Terrorist supporters who use government subsidised US colleges and who temporarily study in the US only via the good graces of the government.

I would have to agree with all of this.

A word of warning, and this is extremely important: It is not enough to simply end Hamas' formal 'rule' in Gaza. Hamas MUST NOT remain the dominant power ON THE GROUND in Gaza, if there is ever to be hope for stability & peace. The WORST outcome, for Gaza, for Israel and for peace, would be a 'Hezbollah' model, with a technocratic or PA facade government in charge of civilian matters, and an armed Hamas remaining the real decision-makers on the ground.

In such a case Hamas would continue to take all reconstruction materials in order to rearm and prepare for the next Oct. 7 attack, while Israel would be pressured not to operate against Hamas, in order not to undermine the new 'civilian' government. If there is ever to be an end to the wars in the region, and stability and development for Gaza, Hamas must be eliminated as the dominant force in the Strip, and Gaza must be demilitarized & deradicalized. Otherwise, reconstruction for Gaza will equal reconstruction for Hamas, and the next destructive war will only be a matter of time.
