The joy of today’s warrants for these war mongers is it strips the hypocrites of any place to hide.

You want people to hold Putin to account? You have to hold your pals to account. You want to protect human rights in Ukraine? You have to protect human rights in Gaza.

You can’t cherry pick. These things are universal. If you do, we can all make our minds up if we really want to support the causes you see as non-negotiable. Because, in this case, everything has just become negotiable - because you have shown that to be the case.

Truly delighted to see the arrest warrants out, and hopefully it will at least lead to pressure being piled on world leaders not to continue having Israel bend them over. Happy to see Canada and the Netherlands confirming they will carry out the warrants should either of the two blokes end up there, but disgusted that countries actually need to come out and confirm they'll abide by the very rules they set up in the first place. I note the Labour party is at pains to comment on the latest news, despite it being absolutely in the public interest and hugely supported by the vast majority of the country. Pretty disgraceful to be honest that the elected leaders of the country are essentially in hiding as to not need to comment.
