FWIW to call them an “aid agency” is a bit misleading - they are an official UN entity set up by the direction of the General Assembly and continually re-authorized since.

If they’d banned an aid agency like MAP or Islamic Relief that would be one thing but this puts the Israeli state in a clear and unarguable breach of international law. The General Assembly, and probably even the Security Council (provided the resolution is worded right) are not likely to stand for it.

They are an agency that delivers and distributes aid - whether that was the initial intention or not, that is what they have become, among other things.

A quick Google will tell you that UNRWA is considered an aid agency by the European parliament and every news agency I can find, the only people who say other wise are known racists and genocide backers.

Sorry mate, you've missed the bit out where 9 staff members were found guilty.


With respect to the remaining nine cases, the evidence obtained by OIOS indicated that the UNRWA staff members may have been involved in the 7 October attacks.
UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini issued a statement acknowledging the completion of the probe.

“I have decided that in the case of these remaining nine staff members, they cannot work for UNRWA. All contracts of these staff members will be terminated in the interest of the Agency,” he said.


The accusations surfaced in January when Israel informed UNRWA of the alleged involvement of 12 staff members in the attacks. UNRWA immediately identified and terminated the employment of 10, while two were confirmed dead.

The UN later received information from Israel about seven more cases – five in March and two in April.


Being 'found' guilty, and BEING guilty may I add, are 2 entirely different things.

Indeed, there were 20 claims investigated I think, may have been 19 -- thought 9 found, 1 didnt have the evidence and they cleared 9.

In any case, I certainly believe that there will have been more than 9 involved -- Sinwar and many others have been found with the ID on them + clearly the siphoned off / misappropriated funds amounts are going to need a few more people to cover...

The UN put these people there...what are their sentences? I suspect Israeli evidence on the others was ignored.
