In all the conflicts in history I wonder what is the ratio of noncombatant deaths compared to the number of ‘people’ who are responsible for the prosecution, the decision makers, of such conflicts. Millions to one I expect. That system seems flawed in my opinion

If it's in any way feasible I wouldn't be surprised if they have a pop at their nuclear facilities. Iran with a nuke is a different threat to Israel and reports suggest they're anything from 1 to 2 years from compmeting this.
