Your post assumes that Israel were targetting Hezbollah members and their fighters alone, and anything else is collateral. I think they'll have a much wider scope.

Absolutely, and there is a long record of socially significant people - doctors, teachers, management types, poets, journalists etc - being targeted in Gaza and the West Bank.

No time for Phelan and glad he's not standing again.

My personal impression is not good of him having lived in Kilkenny for almost 35 years. Very disappointed in his stances on important issues.

As for the others...strike me as lightweight.
