I have emailed GAA and offices of Taoiseach (PM) and Tánaiste (Deputy PM and current Minister for Foreign Affairs), the leader of Sinn Féin as well as my five local TDs and councillors.

Seems to be lots of support in the organization to have this pulled.

I made the point that to hold this where innocent spectators and players were gunned down in 1920 would be an insult to their memories and to all right-thinking Gaels.

Plenty of conference space, just host an event for the Palestinian diaspora at the same time. Rather than let Israel play the victim, visibly display recognition for each Semitic nation and their victims.

Also the IDF would of classed the football as a lethal weapon to justify shooting into the crowd that Sunday.

It has been stuffed full of tories, and the people here who own weapons companies and licences to sell arms are... you guessed it, tories each to a person.

I have no problem with Jewish people in general. Nor have I a problem with anyone of various religions, race or culture. I only have a problem with them if I disagree in how they behave. The way Isreali's behave in general has been horrible

I don't trust the Palestinian authorities/Hamas in terms of the death count.

I honestly think they are inflating the figures to demonise Israel and undermine it's efforts to protect and defend it's citizens from terrorist scum.
