Because he just hates anything to do with the west. He’s not arsed about innocent Palestinians dying - same as he’s not arsed about innocent Ukrainians dying.

He simply gets sexually aroused trashing anything westernised.

It's clear enough that he doesn't care about facts, and has zero shame when inventing them. He might be right about some recent details in this conflict, but I'm waiting for an outlet like NPR or NBC whose coverage of this has been reputable to bite before rendering judgment.
