I think two state solution is possible when Hamas is out of the picture. They basically have held their people at hostage since they rise to power (via real elections)

Again, why are the Palestinians going to agree to a two state solution dictated by Israel?

They've already had most of their state stolen from them.

I disagree, I think there is still a viable way to a two state solution (maybe as an interim stage to a single state decades down the line) - as for the settlers, that is probably best dealt with by saying they can stay but they'll be on the Palestinian side of the line.
