Sigh...

Once again:

The Palestinians in this case have signed that the land belongs to the Israeli's.

The Israeli's have evidence. The Palestinians do not.

Its not mastermind.

Its endless with you isnt it.

At least read up about what youre supporting.

sigh all you want mate your speaking from an Israeli narrative. There are countless instances where Palestinians have provided proof of land ownership but it has stop the Israeli military from taking the land as Palestinians left with nothing.

But the whole issue is rigged against the Palestinians who won land in West Jerusalem but will never get that land back because Israeli courts will never recognise Palestinian documentation.

If only Twitter was around during WWll. The Nazi Party's Twitter account could have saved them a lot of hassle.
Goebbels tried to manipulate international opinion by using the Jews from my city of Pilsen for a propaganda movie showing "the truth" about the concentration camps.

Pilsen Jews had largely escaped the worst privations of Nazi occupation for this very purpose - to look well fed and healthy when shown on film. A film distributed via the Red Cross.

By the time the movie was released the families shown were already dead. Pilsen has one of the largest synagogues in Europe; upon completion the community was over 2000 people, today it's about 70.

But yeah, I am certain the IDF twitter feed is impartial, honest and totally dedicated to the pursuit of truth.

Supporting?
It’s not football, mate. It’s the endless torment and harassment of a nation by its occupiers. As I’ve asked you many times, what do you suggest he Palestinians do?

In the early 80s the Palestinian residents on this particular land signed an agreement confirming that the Israeli's owned the land.

20 years later the Israeli's sold the land to a Jewish American group. They allowed the residents to stay if they paid rent.

They refused and treated the land as their own...building on it etc without permission.

The court has seen:

1: Evidence of Israeli ownership (deeds of purchase/sale etc)

2: Written evidence of the Palestinians legally confirming the Israeli ownership.

3: Ascertained that the land has been built on without the permission of the owners.

4: Evidence of Palestinians using the land to generate undeclared rental income.

5: Proof that in many cases the people who signed that the land belonged to the Israeli's in early 80s were relatives of the Palestinians claiming the land as their own.

6: There is zero/none/nada/nilch/nieto evidence provided by the Palestinians that the land belongs to them. Not one iota.

Im not sure how much clearer it can be that the land is legally the Israeli groups.

Yeah see, the part you're missing is that the settlements are illegal as mandated by the UN since 1967.

You know how it's impossible to agree to be a slave? As in you can't sign a legally binding contract agreeing the you willingly are a slave?

Same thing. 'Palestinian residents' in the 'early 80s' can't be coerced to 'agree' land is Israels.

The 1947 partition is legal, as in although the Palestinians don't like it, those borders are legally Israel.

The 1967 occupation is illegal. The settlements are illegal.

Your position on this is... odd to say the least.

Israel technically have a point in saying they have a right to defend themselves. The problem is that they're defending themselves from a problem that exists soley because of what the atrocities they did in the first place.

Are Hamas dreadful? Yes. Firing hundreds of rockets at Israel knowing it'd result in thousands of deaths of your own people just to escalate a situation for PR is despicable.

Are the Israeli government dreadful? Yes, even more so, obviously - complete lack of restraint over many years, no willingness to compromise and settle the situation, only to settle more land.

But the party involved in this I'm most disappointed with are the Israeli people. Where are the protests against their government to show restraint? They're complicit in the very thing the state of Israel was formed off the back of in Germany. Silently sitting by whilst their government annexes and murders.

The only innocent party in this is the Palestinian people, who are being used as pawns by their own leaders and systematically ignored, oppressed and/or murdered by others, including other countries around the world.

Israel should be stopped. The land distribution should be enforced on them, essentially the pre-1967 borders. Israel has a right to exist; it doesn't have a right to be a parasitic, murdering, annexing leech.

There are plenty of decent Jews in Israel out demonstrating against their government’s onslaught on defenceless people in the Occupied Territories.

Not saying you were saying this (nor that Tubey was) but we really need to discard the notion that its incumbent on a population (or a group) to condemn the actions of a government. Most of the Israeli population doesn't like Bibi, as repeated votes against him have shown, and these acts aren't being taken in their interest (even the idiots that celebrate them).
