What even is the point

Of course he does.

Did anyone ever doubt that a man who as DPP sanctioned the spy cop rapists, allowed British soldiers to escape torture charges and armed coppers to assassinate an innocent man on the underground and get away with it wouldn't urge caution for the sake of downtrodden Gazan's....

Wake up everyone, this feller is MI6's candidate. He'll hand over the economy to Reeve and just do the British states bidding for them.

The clampdown is coming and it wears a red tie.

Firstly I'd like to say it's obviously devastating seeing the death and destruction currently taking place, on both sides.
It’s unfortunate seeing the amount of people who think that supporting the Palestinians equates to supporting Hamas. They're two completely different things!

It's irreconcilable that the situation will ever be resolved without it resulting in 10,000s of deaths on either side, Hamas main goal is the eradication of jews while the ultra right wing Israeli Government have been doing their upmost to make Palestinians lives a living hell. The Palestinians are 100% a oppressed minority suffering under an apartheid regime who have seen all attempts at non-violent opposition fail. Is it really a surprise that they have turned to a violent extremist faction that promises to help them? It's a tale as old as time at this point, treat a certain section or group with total disdain and extremism will ultimately flourish.

Those people are the worst antisemites in the world. They want nothing less than for Jews to cease existing.
From what i understand they so rabidly support Israel simply so it could get destroyed and "Kingdom of Heaven" come to Earth (or something like that).
Also apparently they make influential part of American voting apparatus so American politicians usually kiss their asses.

Does UK really support Israel that much? Usually i never hear anything about Britain and Israel, when people talk about Israel its almost exclusively about America and their utter blind loyalty to Israel no matter what they do and that pro-Israeli lobby in Washington (forgot its name).

Another i heard a lot recently is about clandestine connection with Russia, apparently a lot of Russian oligarchs are Jewish or got some connection there.

The country at large generally doesn’t - surveys before this found that sympathy for the Palestinians was twice that for Israel - but there’s been lobbying of politics and media since Thatcher’s time, and especially these last fifteen years. There was a good Despatches programme about it in the late 00s, and of course the four part Al Jazeera documentary from a few years back saw how strong it was then.

The lobby has moved British politics a lot, for example with the repeated Corbyn antisemitism scandals when he was leader, almost all of which occured several years prior to him becoming leader and were publicly known about at the time.

It isn’t healthy, for us and especially for the Israelis.

Spot on that fella.
Big business war not just of course weaponry but 24hr news media outlets pumping out content all eager to capture the audience. May not have been his intension was listening to Tom Swarbeck on LBC, on the way home, he chatting to journalist from Israel live, her phone was alerting to rockets going off in the north into Israel (Golan heights), he was positively excited he was live so to speak as it happened.

It's clear Russia are going to try and do just about anything to create a new world order of mob bosses. I'd suggest that west is doing the only thing it can i. e. trying to stop this.

If the West is doing that they are doing it in a really stupid way. For a start, if there’s a threat like that then the first objective, even before warning the public, must be to prepare for it. Our government isn’t.

As for this I don’t know what’s worse, Putin saying this is a crisis the US has allowed to fester because of its partiality and calling for a ceasefire, most of the world and every international body agreeing with him or the fact that I agree with him too.

Lindsey Graham, a US Senator, is calling for Gaza to be levelled. There are MKs going around calling for Gaza to be nuked. The leader of the opposition here is saying cutting off food and water to two million people isn’t a war crime. The PM here hasn’t even mentioned (as far as I can see) that there are hundreds of UK citizens in Gaza right now. The Israeli government has managed in five days to put us in a situation where we are about to support ethnic cleansing.

On this occasion our governments are completely and utterly wrong in the way they are handling this.

I think we need both sides here because it is Israel aggressively trying to defend itself and take land, and on the other side Jihad and a hatred of Israel with terrorism justified by religion.

You ain’t fixing this one way and its unimageable horrible to have that conclusion. And frankly thinking that one side is better than the other in this won’t get us anywhere because as we’ve seen in recent days it’s a horrible spiral of unacceptable violence which both sides willing to take.

Just to prove the point
