Very true. A certain Mr Marsh springs to mind.

Even so, I reckon there are people who try and defuse a debate to keep things running smoothly.

Sometimes though a good slanging match is good to clear the air, my folks always said that.

Plus it's entertaining for those not involved. :)
 
Debates are cool.
What I don't like to see though is people ganging up on one poster who has a different opinion than the majority.
 

Think some of these responses are a bit harsh, he was clearly kidding around in parts, hence the 'Screech goes back to Saved By The Bell'
