The DCL one against Newcastle was a penalty because Burn slid in and took his leg this wasn't because Mcneill 's foot was already ahead of their players who kicked him, in my opinion

Spot on this, they got the burn one wrong, but Burn was clever to be fair.

That was still a foul on dcl, this was a clear foul on Dwight.
