Crazy how they rope people in

Happened with the Daisy Cutter rumour, the America fella in august before it.. Happens like seasons. It's as if they have someone on the payroll making these rumours up?

£20 million for a majority stake? That would mean Bill was prepared to sell the club for less than £40 million?

@TonyEvansTimes

This bloke seems to think that these Chinese business men were interested in us but have instead gone to Inter and dealt with them.

Hahaha it just gets better dont it!.

There was 'something' in that one though or so I'm told.

Like I said earlier how does this benefit the board ? I can understand a vague interested parties press release to try & derail the blue union but how does a rumour (this one may well be and probably is rubbish) like this help BK ? Nobody is ever going to buy a season ticket because of it surely ? So when it inevitably runs out of legs I'm pretty convinced the story will be "Kenwright wants too much " (and im confident he does ) so If anything the pressure gets turned up another notch , what does he gain ?

Well, I'd be interested in the figures related to season tickets, shirts and commercial bookings in the months where the rumours are rife v downtime.

I'd love us to be bought out by a billionaire, but I firmly believe whilst we stay at Goodison, we are the poor relations. We are more likely to
Be taken over once(god forbid) we got relegated, any interested party would get a faster, quicker return on investment than piling money o a
Mid league team with the poster child manager for surviving on a budget..
