YESSSSSS GET IN

"I'll have a pint of chang please love, oh aye yeah do us one of them special chow mains aswell girl." - Me in Goodison in the near future.

Seems me to that like some have said, that we have had people in talks with the club about investing in it/buying it.

Those people cannot reveal that interest publically due the NDAs that have to sign.

Then at some point the talks break down.

ELSTONE: "I'm tired of saying it but the club is absolutely for sale and has not failed - and will not fail - to be sold because it's too expensive or comes with onerous conditions.
"We sincerely hope the right buyer, with the right motives, with a commitment to take Everton forward is part of this current dialogue."

Whether you believe that or not is up to you. If it is true however it begs the question : just how bad do your motives have to be when buying a football club to make you look like a bad owner to the lot in charge now? How poor do you have to be to be unable to "take the club forward" any further than the current owners?

And presumably every other owner of a football club who has sold it in the last 10 years were not interested whatsoever in the new owners motives and couldn't care less what happened to the club after it was sold.

So even if these current rumours are true and some chinese whoevers are interested its pretty damn obvious it will not result in a sale, and if anything it will be some "investment" which looks good from the outside but is more likely a deal beneiftting the current owners than the club itself.

How I already said, @TheRealFbloke was absolutely spot on when I am talking about Forest takeover, after a small conversation with him, it should be an investment, not a takeover. @Fourth_Official was spot on every time when he talks about something behind and one of these guys who run this account is a massive Evertonian as well. And he already tweeted quite a lot of times where he urged people to follow @TheRealFbloke.. And these two guy don't say garbage at all. Just saying..

I know people have said about these None Disclosure Agreements but what would happen if someone signed one and then broke it? I'm sure there must be some consequences but I haven't the faintest what they could be, business's break contracts all the time.
If there really are parties that are interested but being quoted ridiculous prices, surely coming out in the press and saying so would force the issue and apply pressure, confirming what some people think and give more fuel for The Blue Union et al.

Investment? No thank you
