Vandelay Industries are taking us over lads.
MICHAEL JORDAN LADS
I for one salute our new Chinese Overlords.

Can't believe I just read all of this!
My thoughts on investment, I don't want just anyone coming to this club. Look at all the teams that have had takeovers, where are they now? Portsmouth, Villa, Liverpool...etc....how many owners did City have before this one? How many Takeovers have just worked? Chelski, yep - and he's taking longer to get bored than I thought he would.
I like us being Everton, money would be great, but not sacking managers after every bad run. Owners getting bored and demanding their money back from the club - it's a real life game of Football Manager to some of them.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was the kitbag deal.Investment at Everton reminds me of Keyser Söze - nowhere and everywhere.
So you think we have good owners currently?
Not saying that, just saying, I wouldn't be willing to grab the first hand that came offering. I only want investment if it comes from someone who:-
1. Isn't going to sack most of the backroom staff/manager.
2. Not going to give people the time to do the job, I don't want a new manager 3 times per season.
3. Isn't going to tell the manager who they are buying
4. Does Love the club (I know this is unlikely - but it's a wishlist)
5. Keeps the ethos of the club
That type of thing. We all know BK ain't rich - and yes he will make money from doing what he does - anyone here not make money from work?
I think the club does need to be run better, we need to make better business decisions.....look at kit deals/kitbag etc compared to a lot of other clubs, we seem to make poor deals.
all I'm saying rather BK than Gilette and Hicks, and who ever they've got now.
