I am blue through and through, and I'm happy with that fact.

I drink fine wines when I can, eat cuisine food, when I can and go on exotic holidays and trips. I'm a designer and I believe I am very good at what I do.

I have in my opinion and intelligent taste in music, meaning I don't just like one type, I get my kicks from listening to all kinds of melodies and tunes, whatever the genre.

I'm not a sheep, I support Everton because it was the right thing to do, in my heart, and my head.

I don't walk into a bar full of women and let the little fella take control, I found the girl I wanted, married her and love her to bits. She too has the Everton control, and its something she couldn't avoid.

I could so easily have changed clubs during the eighties, but then I would be cheating myself, but I know many people who have changed their clubs many times in the last two decades, but what can you say?

I suppose I am beyond caring about the obvious rift between chairman and manager. Its not important to me anymore, I just want to be inspired, and the intelligent thinker will always be inspired by what he see's on the pitch, by what he feels when they score a goal.

To me intelligence is the most important aspect of any footballing notion. Maradona was a great player, but he was intelligent, that is why he was so great. Jose Baxter is showing immense intelligence for such a young lad, and he will do great things. As will Rodwell.

Lets just hope our chairman and manager see sense, realise that a little bit of intelligence is needed, and that it can't be winged on a crest of emotion.

Interesting post. Never read one like that before

until the last sentence i was wondering where you were going, i was going to reply with, "dont hold your breathe waiting for intelligence to prevail in terms of the multitudes of fans"

anyway, back to the point - its late, again, and the apparent tone in the above post is similar to the 'till i die' one. whats going on? i was under the impression the self indulgent, over analysing, introspectives were my own dark cloud on the horizon.

fess up.

I think there's something in what you're saying, mate. Both men do seem to lack the ability to see past their feelings at the moment. I'm not saying emotion is bad. In fact, it is vital to football and life in general. But I wonder if this summer has been about the flagging relationship of Bill and David, rather than Everton.

All that drivel so you can eventually get to another boring masterbation over baxter. Saddest post of the month by far
