It's over a 3 year period isn't it, so in theory they could be fine for now, but in trouble in the next couple of years.

But in all honesty, they'll probably just sell something else to be allowed to carry on as normal.
Go look back at that table. They were over 150m in the red in 2021 and 2023. No way they are compliant. They'd have to have like a 200m profit in between all those years and thats just not possible.
 
This is before addbacks. Thats the total loss, but they can basically ignore lotions of it depending on what it was spent on.
You are correct.

Their cumulative 3 year losses to year 24/25(latest set of accounts) is circa £210m. If they have at least 50% of that loss in add backs then they will be ok.
