No justification for the now penalty. So, we're still in the dark about how they arrive at 6 points.
Is it merely a reduction of the Draconian first penalty or a fixed number for breaching? Anybody?
Furthermore, by doing this (if it is open) they've almost closed the door on the minutes issue - the recommended penalty/ policy. They're using the EFL guidelines but not following... All open.

Second charge.. on this basis. My guess (coz no fixed penalties) is 4 or 6.

We've suffered sporting disadvantages - no signings (sort of), played conservatively (sort of) and therfore losing games/points.
