Another fine performance today . You can see why Dyche likes him outwide, he becomes an outlet to ho.d up the ball and then attack defenders , the way he wriggles out of tight situations is fantastic and his work rate tracking back to help Mykolenko is also top notch. He’s perfect for Dyche, in a decent side though he could be exceptional as a 10.

If Friedkin can get Richy back in January (won’t break the bank) then Richy and Ndaye on either wing (and a buy back option for Richy for next season) would be a very shrewd foundation.

He's been deeper than Mykolenko in about 6/7 occasions. Dreadful tactics but that's what happens under Dyche as he wants them all to play narrow so Ndiaye has no option but to defend defend defend. Twice I could have taken a screenshot and we had a back 6 with Harrison and Ndiaye playing as normal full backs and the back 4 playing as 4 centre halves.

It was noticeable today that we were effectively playing with a back six, as mentioned. When playing Man City, it is absolutely imperative to defend as a unit. However, playing with such narrow fullbacks has been a feature of our sides since Dyche took over and it's rather frustrating.

Whilst I would like to see Ndiaye comfortably furrher up the pitch, we didn't have much choice - apart from maybe a back five with wing backs to provide the width.

Biggest compliment you can give him is you could genuinely see him slotting in at any team he is that good. Long may it be here though.

Imagine if we could an overlapping fullback and some other runners to play off him. He's attract 2 or 3 players every time he gets the ball.
