They are actually useless at asking any questions regarding injuries. You would think journalists would realise it's the main thing that supporters want to hear about in these pressers
Or are they keeping those questions for the part of the conference that is not broadcasted to fill the papers.

Hopefully a minor injury.

I tore my MCL and damaged my PCL when I was younger. It’s painful. Luckily he has great physio care. I didn’t, and my knee is very unstable to this day. Prone to dislocate.

Don’t rush him back unless we are right in the poo, which I hope with what Davey has done since coming in, won’t be a possibility.

Gutted for illy, was playing great and having a huge impact in nearly all the games.

Hopefully alcaraz will come in and pick up some of the creative burden. The Saints fans are gutted they got rid of him and want him to do well from what I’ve seen online.

Unfortunately add in the Everton factor (takes 50% more than usual for our players to recover) I'm only expecting to see him for the last few games. Could've been worse, admittedly.

A big blow nonetheless and thankful that Moyes has got us those wins to get us away from immediate danger.

Imagine he loses a yard of pace after this injury... 😆
Yeah its a worry mate, he has been our standout this season, the way he has been playing I'm also worried the vultures will come calling. Id like us to build around him simply because he is such a busy little player but also has that repertoire of tricks he can call upon. Surround him with the right players and it could be a formidable attacking line imo. They have to be the right players though.

Hopefully with no stadium and new owners the days of having to sell our best players are behind us esp the like of Branthwaithe and Ndiaye. Only reason from now is if we are selling our top players is if they want out to likes of Real Madrid etc and demand they pay over the odds and not being lowballed anymore
