If we had beaten Wigan in the cup would this have happened?

Lads we all despise manure because it is a soulless corporate beast but out in the real world, the world away from the devotees of real football, the world of twitter followers and facebook likes and shirt buyers Man U is arguably the biggest brand of all. Real madrid is probably the biggest job in football with United a close second. Its the biggest sporting institution in the English speaking world lads. Trying ot keep a manager or player from them is like wrestling a 50 armed giant.

The deal was done months ago, the funds to take Baines and Fellaini are already in place and the deal would not change one little bit whatever Kenwrright or anyone else did. No one at Everton is to blame.

Last word on the matter, Moyes knew at Christmas that Fergie was going to retire (possibly even before) why the **** do you think he didn't negotiate a new contract? Who knows maybe Blue Bill was even in on it, he's an actor ffs, he probably already has someone lined up and will make an announcement when the season finishes.

For better or worse the board will be choosing the new manager, we will either love him/her or hate him/her. They could take another punt on a lower league no name who comes right and stays for 11 years, or they could pick a piece of dross with excellent credentials who's gone by Christmas.

yes it would have happened only delayed by a week after we would have bottled it against city in the final!
