If Allardyce is still here next season, will you still go to the match ?

Do you sell your soul or do you stick by the club that you love ?

It’s one of them questions that becomes divisive amongst fans, every poster has their own views on this & whatever their call is, it’s one to be respected....I still remember the Stand Up if You Love the Blues response to seeing Bill Kenwright’s image on the screen mid match during a particularly troubling period for the Club. Many fans felt he wasn’t the right man at the time given the failed ground moves, many still don’t.

But asking to make a decision on your loyalty & support for the club against making a public stand against probably the most unpopular managerial appointment in our entire history is an emotive and thought provoking topic. No answer is better than the other; a classic dilemma. For what it’s worth, I’ve already renewed and I’ll be there but if others choose not to, I fully understand the difficult decision they’ve had to make. Every fan for themselves on this one! Probably regrets for either choice is my view, but at the end of the day it’s our club and that decision we make matters.

Of course not, if you respect your support and your club, you stop going if you don’t agree with the way the club is being run or managed.

I support Everton.

Nor Samuel Allardyce......nor indeed any other manager we have had during my matchgoing life.

So yes, I will still be going next season even if he is still here.

Though it would make this coming summer much more bearable and indeed more optimistic if he is given his marching papers the day after the last game.

If not sooner.

If I was not over 9000 miles away then my answer would be - yes I would go regardless of the manager - no manager would tear me away from gong to watch Everton

you dont appreciate something until you lose it - not going to the match is one of the things I miss the most

I feel the same despair this season has been one of the worst , I was and still not a Sam Supporter but TBH - is it all Sams fault IMO - no , and will we get out of this - definitely - its got to be yes

so the 41 who have voted not going until sam has been replaced, are you season ticket holders?
I'm not, I used to be up until a couple of years ago. It's not just Allardyce, it's the way the standards of the club as a whole have taken a dive. In 46 years of attending games, I've never felt such a disconnect with the club. Sad but that's the way it is for me. It's like a marriage, she's been unfaithful to me several times, I still love her but the trust has gone. Still hoping for a reconcilliation like, it's the hope that kills you.

Probably go to a few, but there’s only so many times I can sit in the car on Queens drive after we’ve been turned over by someone crap wondering why I bothered
