Sorry if you’re being sarcastic and I’m missing it but it happens with every transfer now. They agree with everything with the agent and then just need to get a deal agreed with the club. It’s why transfers can go through on deadline day when a bids submitted at half 11 at night.

For £25m plus I would sell. This is probably the last chance to sell him for a huge profit and it is not like we are anywhere close to challenge top 6 teams this year. We could use those money to rebuild our squad around young players for coming years.
