Judging by the colour of the home kit. Looks like somebody has got the Rangers jersey of 2018/19 as a template, then morphed it with the Rangers 2019/20 jersey.
There are others that have attempted.

That's a template kit. My guess is that the deal with Ayr was done too late for there to be any thought put into the design. You can get the same shirt (plain) for £18 on the Hummel website vs £50 for the Ayr kit.
