I'm annoyed. I needed to go out and have a few after having to watch that. We need to be better. Koeman needs to stop making stupid mistakes.

Just got back
I know he's only had six months but I can tell you it's a fact this group of players are not going to improve nor take us where we want to be. A huge overhaul is needed (as many others agree).
The team is far too old and slow and full of players who simply don't cut it.
Not sure why koeman changed it from three at the back as that's been working for us?

Erm, we were crap with 3 at the back last week until we changed to a more 4-4-2 style at half-time. The last time we played 3 at the back before that we lost 5-0 at Chelsea.
Koeman got one thing wrong.
Starting Jags and Barry together.
While neither were individually awful, both lack the pace or energy to push us forward. It drags us down and makes us sit deep. He should have recognised that.

Mate I'm still baffled why we have kept Barry. Unless it's to keep him happy then sell him in the summer? He's no good for us. The fact we can't beat the bottom side hull and struggled against Swansea at home etc etc shows me the side needs a huge overhaul. No one can deny that. It's whether we have the cash to do it and I don't believe we do

We all might have hated Moyes and Martinez at some point in their terms of managing us.We as fans are a fickle bunch and that is our choice.However.... they both bought in to us.. and got us.This bloke does not.Get shut asap

Of course they bought into us, they were snapped up from obscurity. Moyes was managing in the Championship and Martinez had just gotten Wigan relegated. If I was them, I would be very enthused to be the new Everton boss.
Different bargaining power with Koeman. It was us who were doing all the wooing. No one thought we could get him. The media were genuinely baffled that he came to us. That will happen with top candidates. I would rather have Mourinho and Guardiola but I'm not sure they would really get us.
If you arrive at Everton from Preston or Wigan you are in awe. Not so much if you are Koeman, a football legend.
If we get shut (I don't want us to and you are in cloud cuckoo land if you think we will), I still want us to target the very best candidates in Europe. That includes managers who have played/ managed at Europe's elite. I'm not interested in Sean Dyche.
So we would continue to have the same problem. The fans thinking the manager thinks he is bigger than us.
For what its worth, I think Koeman is starting to get Everton and the fan's passion. When interviewed for Sky before the Watford match he spoke about how Everton is a bigger club than Southampton and the pressure from the fans is much much higher. Give him a chance.
