What a waste of time the HT ex-player appearances are. These guys are legends. Yet they come on, they wave, they go off. FFS, interview them. Show some of their goals on the big screens. Take today. The player who scored arguably our most famous, glorious goal ever, Derek Temple, was there today. The screen should have been showing his cup final winner of 1966, and the interviewer then could have asked what he was thinking as he was running half the length of the wembley pitch with the destiny of the FA Cup in his hands. Surely this sort of thing is perfectly possible. Instead we got the wave. And half the crowd were left knowing no more about him than they did before. Let's start showing the younger generations from whence we came and why we call them legends.

I'd rather see something a little light hearted, like some of the FA Cup winners of 1984 v the FA Cup winners of 1995 in a 5 min mini match, or the team that avoided relegation in 94 v the 98 side, or even Dave Watson v Alan Stubbs in a headers and volleys competition, see who comes out on top!

Thought that retro thing was a bit of a shambles, bar the music.

Bizarre way of announcing the scores at HT too.

Thing is the PA is turd at times in the Park End, sometimes you cant even hear who it is.

Hope we dont do that spot the ball thing again
