Seamus McDonagh ? When did he play, and was he any good ?
Also known as Jim, think we bought him from Bolton 79 80 ish When Martin Hodge was knocking about. I seem to remember he wasn't that tall but might be wrong. Very average and I think Howard replaced him with Jim Arnold when he took over.

I reckon about 360 in total for me. About 5 of those when I was taken as a kid for birthdays etc in the early-mid 80's. STH since 98, but relocated to Leicestershire in '01 but kept my ticket and been to about 265 since then. Like many others who travel a distance to the match, even home games are like aways!

Jim ! My memory is kaput ! I remember him, you're right, nothing special. Looked him up on Wikipedia, played for19 clubs, as well as 25 caps for the Republic of Ireland, and manager of Galway United. Was goalkeeping coach for Sunderland before being sacked by Di Cannio :)

I had a season ticket for a few years (End of Walker, through Walter and early Moyes) but changes at work did for me. I'd probably be able to make a few games over the course of a season but the price, although better than some clubs, is just ridiculous to watch a game of football so I stick to non-league now.

I can't really justify handing over £30-£50 to a business that may well pay Omar Niasse more in a week than I'll earn in a year or two. Especially when they're serving Chang.

Some fantastic examples of real loyalty in this thread, people who through whatever reason may now live god knows how far away from goodison, yet still take the time and effort to follow the club, how they manage to do this on such a regular basis is a great tribute to their dedication,"once Everton has touched you"and all that,I'll never complain about the traffic again coming in from Formby to the match ever again reading these great individual stories!!

Somewhere between 500 and 600 based on longevity of ST, plus always and overseas, and my first few ad hoc seasons from age 10-14 in the early 70's with an Uncle who always took me to the match.

Thinking back through some odd games I attended, I went to an Everton pre-season friendly at Fulham, probably August 1990, ended 2-2. It was at the time, Big Nev was unhappy and had fallen out or whatever. Anyway, I have no recollection of who scored our goals that night, would anyone be able to help me out please. I think the match was a testimonial for a Fulham defender (Scott?). Ta.
