Horse Racing

...Cheltenham handicap entries out, weights are issued next week. Mohaayed @ 33-1 (NRNB) with SkyBet for the County Hurdle is the e/w stand out for me. If he makes it to the start line it will be half the price and if he doesn’t I get my money back.

Fancy Dicey O'Rielly for the Martin Pipe Hurdle. About 16/1, it's a well thought of horse. It's last run can be ignored, it was a bad ride trying to keep pace with leader, went off far too quick and made mistakes as a result.

Just read Eggs post about the weights being out today.
Anyone fancy anything even more ?

I've got to say, the 2/1 on offer for Gordon Elliot to be top trainer looks some price like..

It does seem a good price that, he’s great with handicappers as well as top notch horses.
Might have a go at that if his horses are in form nearer the time.

Hello fellow horse racing fans. Due to a change in circumstances with my dad being given a couple of weeks to live he won’t be here to enjoy it unfortunately. I have 6 Cheltenham tickets up for sale for the best mate stand. They were bought for £40 a ticket and I would like as close to that as I can get. If your interested ring 07901335498

....very sad news, Matey, thoughts are with you and yours.

..you lot know I like the big priced ones. Paul Kealy tipped Calett Mad for the Albert Bartlett at a preview evening last night and it’s also had a few mentions elsewhere in the last month or so. I got 40-1 for it this morning via a price boost with Ladbrokes NRNB.

Another to look out for is Oxford Blu in the Fred Winter. The trainer is a rising star and knows how to get one ready. I got 40-1 but it’s been steadily backed in recent days.

I liked the comments about No Comment in the NH Chase, particularly letting slip that Mr O'Connor is riding and then looking all sheepish as if they had been told not to let people know that information.

Was actually a better preview not having Ricci there to monopolise the chat about his own horses which we basically know all about anyway.

...yep, and apparently Ricci Rich put on a free bar in his absence which accounts for the rowdy nature of proceedings.

Always nice when a few you have written down for handicaps get a mention by anyone on a panel and I really like Mr Whittaker and Diego du Charmil as they have course form which is vital.

At the races have a Cheltenham micro site as I’m sure racing fans will know anyway.
In there is a stats guide for every race.
I’m not saying it will give you winners but could guide you away from a few losers.
