Yes I’ve heard the rumours.

Poor bloke, lived for his kids but the torment must have been too much for him.

The damage the behaviour of others can cause is untold.

Terrible way to go too.

Very sad.

I watched it.
Tried to make all.
Looked great about a furlong out, Fav came and challenged and went in front, selection then rallied and put its head in front, only to be outstayed by the better animal.
Got some nice entries the winner too, both pulled clear, decent race.

I was there at Newbury the Friday it won 1st Dec - led all the way - was 66s at one point before the off returned SP 40s. Runs tomorrow at Cheltenham - be popular bet. Currently 6s/7s
