Dude went off on me how everyone gave their blood sweat and tears to this club and I insulted them and on and on. How he followed them his whole life and couldn't do with out them

Now he's indifferent football is gone.

How things change in a couple of weeks when this guy was just talking about years of pain and suffering over a football team.

Kopite.

That’s two “kopite” slurs in the space of a few hours. Reported.

Well, I miss the pre and post match pints, I miss the chants and banter, I miss the travelling to away matches and I miss the comradery. The actual football? Much less so I'm afraid. Certainly don't miss the corruption of the FA's, Uefa, Fifa. Same goes for the media and their complete biased love for the money driven elite clubs. I even don't miss the VAR!
Like you, I miss going to the football and the social aspect of the game (the camaraderie and emotional ride), but I'm not actually missing watching football.

The idea of watching staged football matches in sterile locations and without fans or any real desire (will the players truly want to play?) offers me nothing, at all.

Honest... It has done my head in how so many have acted. Not just the RS, but the greed from so many is shocking. People dying in awful numbers and they want to bring back a sport. It has sickened me and if I am honest I am glad it has not come back. I have not missed sitting in the Street End at all and I hope it is at least 2021 before I do. I will return and I will cheer on the blues and skit our neighbours, but something will have changed. The greed needs to end.

Honestly this lockdown has been the best thing for me, while I do miss having a game to watch, it’s been good having a complete and utter break from it all

Same with my job, I was getting mentally frustrated to the point where I’ve been contemplating leaving many times for the past two years, now I’ve had 6 weeks away from it all, it’s relaxed my mindset to the point that I can’t wait to get back, however much longer that’ll be
