Read the point made about RM being our first foreign manager, but even he very much raided the British market 9except Gerry Delafou). I did expect him to go further afield, especially with him supposedly having a global understanding of the market.

Most of our foreigners have shone brightly then faded (Andrei, Yak), had a few cameos (Madar, Amo, Materazzi, Dacourt) or been shocking (Bakayoko, Koldrup, Nyarko).
With that in mind, truth be told, our best overseas player is probably Fellaini. Our record signing - and record sale, he at least maintained some level of consistency for the duration of his stay.
