And would you be surprised to see every clubs wage bill go up by the same amount or more, as the greedy players and agents all ask for their share?

Might work like that, might not. Most clubs will probably 'spend' the money one way or the other, could go on bigger and better squads rather than wages. Agents can't just demand and get wage rises, depends on the contracts players are on, i.e. whether they are up soon, rules/ceilings the clubs have etc etc.
