It won't, the majority on here agree with the majority of reds on a multitude of social and political issues. Most of us have family and close friends at anfieldSo if the rs boo the silence does that mean a lot of people on here agree with them, that'll be a first
If this fake horseshytery with the Pedo front and centre doesnt hasten a republic than I dunno what will.Next Thursday has just been declared a public holiday here in Australia, with the day after already being a public holiday for the AFL Grand Final. I'm a self employed musician and had two bookings for the Thursday worth almost $1,000 to me. Both of these have now been cancelled due to the new public holiday. After almost going under due to Covid/lockdowns this feels like a massive kick in the teeth.
If people want to mourn/queue up to see a coffin etc then good on them, but this enforced grieving is disgraceful, and now it's taken money out of my pocket. The sooner this country becomes a republic the better.
For a situation that was entirely predictable, and one that many people/organizations had supposedly had longstanding plans in place to deal with, it is pretty remarkable how badly handled some aspects have been. We're bonkers

‘Worthy of the Stasi’: British Cycling in Queen’s funeral U-turn after ridicule
British Cycling has performed a sharp U-turn after its ‘strong recommendation’ that people should not use their bikes at all during the Queen’s funeral was widely mocked.www.theguardian.com
I’m going to save a number 2 for 11 o’clock Monday morningAm I going to be allowed to use the bathroom during the hours of the funeral? Flush the lav, wash my hands, answer the phone, drink a glass of water?
I get the impression that if the maniacs (hyper grief sorts) have their way they'd like a preordained number of breaths set for the day.
