Who are the best players in Turkey these days?

Tosun was always questionable in my mind for having success in the PL. He is a very good-ish finisher but you really need pace to be successful in the PL. Same concerns I have voiced for Morata when he joined Chelsea. Obviously Morata is a better version of Tosun.

One player that I am very excited about is Ozan Kabak. He is a central defender and only 18. He is already playing ridiculously good. He will not be with Galatasaray for long. He is capable of playing for the best teams in the world. There are reports that Roma and City are following him very closely.

The club loaning him will be covering his wages and paying a loan fee.

Loan fees last year and this year were rumoured to be £750k a season so weve probably received £1.5mil off the £7mil fee.

Even if we sold at £7mil we will still be in profit.

I don't see signing young talented players as pointless even if we have to loan them out once or twice. This has been a weird one I'll give you that but we are still talking about a 21 year old who definitely has potential to be a players somewhere.

Big clubs with money buy loads of young players hoping one once in a while pans out. Buying young is also fiscally smart.

Whether or not this kid makes it here is irrelevant. We will make a profit off him at this point at the very worst.

I've got no problem with it. I do think it's a bit weird that when we bought him we basically had no depth in his position so it looked like a first team signing and he's not been eligible to play. But that's really it. I hope he comes through cause he looks exciting but if not he will fetch at least double what we paid is my guess.
