Or get a manager who will use the players you buy.Sounds simple, but bring in players the manager will use.
Vaughan,Anichebe, Jose Baxter and Rodwell think differently.

Which teenager should have started at West Ham?
On a shoestring budget. You mean when he was managing Everton![]()
…think you’re imagining where I apparently compared him to RooneyGraham shouldn’t be anywhere near our starting lineup and if he is the club are a joke.
He’s not good enough, not strong enough and not experienced enough. He’s will join our impressive history of young strikers who’ve been ruined by our fans expectation and being thrown in. We’ve had much much better young strikers who’ve played in the reserves which is about 10 levels higher than the kids league he’s played in and they had better records and still struggled.
The lad needs a pre-season with the first team and then to go on loan and given time to reach his potential. He’s no Rooney, no one is he was a freak and it’s harmful that he’s used as a guide for any young lad since.
Put a bit more kindly, the gap between the PL and the U21s is so much larger than dozens of professional leagues and the PL, that it should never really happen unless there is a true emergency.Graham shouldn’t be anywhere near our starting lineup and if he is the club are a joke.

Sign as many CM's as you want, but with Keane and Tarks behind it wont change anything.
They suck us so deep, whereas players like Branthwaite can move us about 5/10yrds forwards just from the base. Which might sound small but is a massive difference, especially in transition/countering
i very much doubt it will be as low as 10m but if it is - bargain
I'm not sure any football club operates like that.Yes they should definitely be made in order of priority otherwise you run the risk of not filling your most important positions like we have done for god knows how many windows.
"£10m is low, must be crap"
He gave Baxter a chance,he can't guarantee that they'll all take it, Vaughan Anichebe and Rodwell did. Think Stones was a youngster when he signed?Chuckling at you, and others, trying to make out Moyes doesn't prefer experience.
"but, Jose Baxter!"
He left them with the oldest team in the league after spending half a billion.
David Moyes prefers senior pros, you'll find exceptions over 30 years but the man himself said the other week experience is coming back into fashion.
When he does sign younger players, they're 23+
If he signs, I'd be surprised if Hackney starts for Everton at the start of next season, it'll take him a bit of time to get in the team.
