It's an angel over a demon, not a white man over a black man. The below makes it clearer; the medal he originally linked, as I said, took me aback on first glance.
Easy to make the mistake, and I agree that much religious iconography has a racist historial subtext - however, it's clearly not the intent with that medal now.
So it's not an example of perpetuated racism.

No one is making a mistake. You're not educating me or anyone. So it may have come with racist subtext but that has now stopped? There's no subtext to art after a certain length of time? And what about it says it is clearly not the intent now?
