…..problem is, the Manager can only select X1 and then use his substitutes to manage games. We’ll all have a view about team selection, 20 posters on here would likely select 15 different teams but the significant improvement under Moyes suggests he know what he’s doing.

I actually think we’re very well placed in CM. We can enjoy watching and celebrate Gueye in the knowledge he won’t be around for much longer and we look forward to a future with real talent and potential in there; Garner, Iroegbunam, Armstrong, KDH and Rohl.

Moyes recalled Armstrong from loan and has shown significant trust in the young man, there is no doubt about how highly he’s rated.

Any kind of career in top-level sport must be an absolutely insane life to lead, especially when you consider that they may have been in professional training for 20 years at that point.

It was all of a month ago that everyone was having goes at me for saying he should have been left at Preston. And yet... he should have been left at Preston. This does nothing for his progress. He wasn't ready for the Premier League.
