Also it's just always about playing our best players in their best positions.

It's about picking a team who can win the game.

Like Armstrong isn't a wide midfielder, but he did/is doing the job the manager needs for him to do in that position.

He was really unlucky with his shot as well, which was a good effort. I think he can add goals to his game for sure.

But how often does he play payers out of position to help the team from
Attacking point of view? . It’s always CB’s at full backs. Centre midfielder on the winger, a centre midfielder at number 10. The worst attacking left back in the league playing at wing back. It’s always a defensive position

I think it's true that he focuses on defensive stability first.
 
Is it my imagination or has he been handed a free role?

I'd struggle to say where he's playing, tbh. He pops up on the left and in the opposition box, then our box helping out at RB. 🤷‍♂️
