I agree with recalling Armstrong. Moyes, rightfully so, has been cryptic about the injuries. I don’t know if Moyes would have considered this if Charly wasn’t hurt. Either way, I think this is really good news for us.

Personally I'd keep him at Preston the full season.

Starting every time he is fit there (had a niggly injury a few weeks ago so missed a couple of games).

Gana and KDH will be back at the very least pretty soon so I really don't see where he slots into the team and off the bench it makes more sense to give Rohl minutes to try to get him up to speed.

I don't see the rush. Kid is 18, exceptionally talented and starting every week for side who could easily make the top 6. At the same time I doubt he's single handily going to spark a top 7 push ahead of senior players coming back. Would Moyes continually start him if European qualification becomes a realistic prospect, I'd be surprised.
