I think it's a mistake to bring him back early. Leave him develop for three rest of the season with a view to next season.

We've a short-term issue with players ( unless KDH is now a long term injury we don't know about)

It can be a short term solution though. As Zat says can go back to Preston at the end of the window if / once the crisis abates.

That’s quite a leap. Wouldn’t expect Garner to play many games at right back. Jarrad is back soon.
