2024/25 Harrison Armstrong

Why the hate for a young lad, technically at 18 he’s better than McNeil, garner and Tim. Tim was terrible ran around but atrocious on the ball. McNeil again shocking performances, he’s a coward, just constantly goes backwards never takes on a player. And Garner is a championship player, when them 3 leave let’s see where they end up
He isn't technically better. McNeil has scored and assisted quite a bit in actual competitive matches. Harrison has done absolutely nothing of note in his career so far.

Assuming Moyes isn't totally stupid, the lad did himself no harm at all with that bit of play.
You can't teach that thought process...
Me
Ball
Plenty of space in front
The Goals that way too
Off I go
- but you can over coach it out of players

Well he’s not unknown and I wouldn’t say we played well loads of times. We were just a hard working team that were brilliant defensively and very hard to beat. How many MOM did garner get ?? Him and gana were also the only 2 fit centre midfielders available, so Moyes had no option but to play him.
Harrison is unknown. Garner is known. Please try to follow an argument.

@Kevsleftpeg absolutely desperate for Armstrong to be crap so he can try win some Internet points.
That's an odd interpretation. I've been an Everton fan for 45 years. I would love him to succeed and prove me wrong. I just don't buy into group think/hype. People are massively overrating him. But if it makes the kids happy they can go on believing in Santa and the tooth fairy.

A goal is a goal he gets the asist - simple - look he is working in a poor midfield & two strikers who last night could not hold the ball up to link our poor midfield ... Harrison Armstrong shoed flashes of intelligence on the ball - if fans think one star signing will sort that midfield or wingers out - they are deluded - DM was correct we need many signings ....
You talk like none of our other midfielders have ever done anything good. I remember Garner playing a Xavi esq. defense splitting pass, McNeil scored a great hatrick away at Brighton and has at times been our best player, even Harrison did a few decent things. That piece of play from Harrison was extremely basic and he did it ok. He was at best anonymous for the rest of the game and occasionally a liability on possession.

Garner looks poorer than ever - no balance in our midfield -Harrison Armstrong got the top marks on the web last night 7/10 garner got 5/10 - as I stated we could let Harrison Armstrong go back on loan IMO we could buy worse - our midfield needs rejuvenating as its slow & static ... plus passes back far too many times .....

Harrison Arnstrong is always looking for invention other midfielders like Garner pass it backwards - the whole midfield needs rejuvenating & not one star signing will do that we need 3-4 players in two wingers definitely ....

If Armstrong starts in midfield in the Premier League this season I will be amazed. He's nowhere near ready. You would seriously have him starting ahead of Garner against Leeds? šŸ˜‚ Jesus H Christ

McNeil has played 230 games in the prem as a winger, he should be getting goals and assists. He scores on average 1 in 10, which isn’t great and probably the reason he’s played for 2 teams fighting relegation throughout his whole career and will unlikely go higher

He really isn't though. He's not better than Tim or Gana or McNeil or Alcaraz or Garner at the moment. He may be in time but he isn't now. He doesn't look athletic enough to me.
Why the hate for a young lad
That wasn't hate, it was a subjective opinion and wasn't at all scathing. Kev assessed where he sees Armstrong now, compared him to team mates and acknowledged he might improve.

It was into his path you idiot

He was crap according to this clown @Kevsleftpeg

This is hate.
