We just looked like we didn't know whether to take the game too them and go for the kill or sit back and defend what we had from the first leg. Get DCL up top second half have rooney and sigs playing behind him

Don't think we've been that bad overall tbh. That shot didn't go in and we'd be saying things going to plan. The Pickford save, good as it was, should have been a foul for dangerous play. Apart from that there's been no danger and both Rooney and Siggy have missed excellent chances.

I'm afraid young Ademola is looking his shoe size tonight. I'd bring him off for Kev so it's back to 11 v 11. Get DCL, who is looking sharp again, into the middle with Rooney in behind and push Siggy out towards the left to work with Baines, who is also looking good.

We'll win this 3-1.

That's what we've tried to do. It hasn't worked.

Another 45 minutes of doing it is asking to be knocked out. We need to show variations in tempo - we are the higher quality team and should be exploiting gaps they leave by coming forward.

If we're not attacking with purpose after the 60 minute mark, Koeman has done a bad 'un for sure.
