But I assume the club are knowing the money is coming in so when reporting back to whoever we have to report to with our P and L status, spending of that money can be justified?
And no Bobble obviously isn’t an accountant but he’s going off Everton’s stance and info he has.

They could only include the Kean funds in projections for the year they may give the league - it definitely cannot be accounted for in the P&L yet.
As a previous poster said, the obligation would also be full of get out clauses, e.g. Iceland No.10 type of situation, so it would be even further against accounting standards to account for it now.

Not sure about this, the consensus is the conditions have been met and the deal will be completed, it's more just when it can be accounted for.
Also, they're trying to buy him now to save on this season's loan fee - doesn't sound like they'll drag their heels.

The worrying thing is they’ve finished 4th the previous two seasons, and last season they got 7 points less than the previous campaign. So they’ve finished 4th two seasons running and are getting worse.
