The team has gone stale. Ferguson refreshed it every summer and sometimes made big changes.

Pep has never done that with the starting players. He needed to move out 5 29+ aged and bring through replacements.

Also with Rodri injured its like when we lost Parkinson or Gana.

Cant understand why he didnt use Palmer. That is a massive black mark against Pep especially with how theyre doing now.

I don't watch many games other than Everton now, but it's clear City are nowhere near as good as they were in 2018. Disagree. If you look at some of the players he had come through and those ageing stars...he could have injected some of the youth and sold the likes of De Bruyne. He saw Gundogan go and then stupidly resigned him.

Couto & Savinho down the right would mirror Brazil and add a different dimension...instead hes sold Couto to Dortmund.
