thankfully it didn’t matterThat's a great achievement for Australia. Farcical end to the Tunisian game. How that was disallowed I'll never know.

They’ve just been beaten by the mighty TunisiaHope it’s Argentina France next round tbh to give the French somewhat of a game
Hubris, arrogance, complacency. They were talking themselves up as potential winners. I mean, somebody needs to tell these people that 1992 was a complete fluke and their one really great side was bombed out 5-1 in 1986.How have Denmark not even come close to qualifying? They must have thought 2nd place was going to be pretty easy.
Can anybody imagine if Australia actually took football seriously and it was their no.1 sport like it is everywhere in Europe? They would be top 5 in the World and would be regularly fighting to actually win the World Cup. Incredibly talented sporting nation.
NRL and Cricket are both declining. Only AFL is still very big in Australia still. This World Cup should be the catalyst for change in Australia and should mean more interest in soccer.A good sports kid might play Cricket, AFL and Football. They get to 17 years old and there are limited opportunities to progress in Football, so they go to some other sport. We need more top clubs, for kids to go to, which means more money, but no one watches football to generate the money. I don't think Football will ever be a top sport in this country.
Nice to see soccer nations advancing
