Football has a charge rule now?It's just not a penalty. If anything he fouled the defender by barging into him at full speed.

For me the defender lines him up and never even acts like playing the ball. As I've said in midfield or on the wing if a defender does that has a guy knocks the ball past him it is being given whether the player dribbling is running fast or not. But in the box the rules are always different.No, I'm saying it was just a normal football collision and the ref was right to play on. But if he was going to give a foul, it was more of a foul on the defender. The defender was stood still and got clattered. Normal contact happens in football without there being an offence comitted every time.
